The Rensselaer Group has managed commercial real estate for over thirty years. Market Merchants Consulting produced a Web Site Optimization Report for The Rensselaer Group. While the majority of the report is confidential we can share several key conclusions:
The Rensselaer Group website is significantly compromised and nearly invisible to search engines due to poor HTML development and overuse of Flash movies. The few keywords available on the site are generic and nondescript. A full reworking of the development code along with proper implementation of keywords is required for search engine compatibility.
After successfully modernizing the site, Rensselaer Group should look to manage back links and take advantage of social networking tools such as Twitter to increase brand awareness.
